The white glass

Smaller, narrower, more upright. Whites want to stay cold for as long as possible — and a smaller bowl holds less wine, so the temperature is preserved.

The narrower shape still gives aromatic whites like Torrontés and Chardonnay room to breathe, but without warming them.

You don't need a different glass for every white grape. One good white glass does the whole job for almost any kitchen.
