The sweet, round tannins of Luján de Cuyo Malbec bind seamlessly with the rich intramuscular fat of prime ribeye (Ojo de Bife) and flank steak (Entraña). Oak notes of vanilla and mocha echo the caramelized crust of grilled beef.
